에스겔 47장

그가 나를 데리고 전 문에 이르시니 전의 전면이 동을 향하였는데 그 문지방 밑에서 물이 나와서 동으로 흐르다가 전 우편 제단 남편으로 흘러 내리더라

풀이: 그가 나를 다시 성전 문으로 데려갔다. 보니, 성전 문지방 아래에서 물이 솟아나 동쪽으로 흐르고 있었다. 성전 정면이 동쪽을 향해 있었기 때문이다. 물은 성전 오른편, 곧 제단 남쪽을 따라 아래로 흘러내렸다.

Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.

그가 또 나를 데리고 북문으로 나가서 바깥 길로 말미암아 꺾여 동향한 바깥 문에 이르시기로 본즉 물이 그 우편에서 스미어 나오더라

풀이: 그가 다시 나를 북문으로 데리고 나가, 바깥 길을 돌아 동쪽을 바라보는 바깥문에 이르게 했다. 보니, 물이 그 문 오른편에서 졸졸 새어 나오고 있었다.

Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

그 사람이 손에 줄을 잡고 동으로 나아가며 일천척을 척량한 후에 나로 그 물을 건너게 하시니 물이 발목에 오르더니

풀이: 그 사람은 손에 측량줄을 쥐고 동쪽으로 나아갔다. 천 척을 재고 나서 나를 물 가운데로 건너게 했는데, 물이 발목까지 찼다.

And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.

다시 일천척을 척량하고 나로 물을 건너게 하시니 물이 무릎에 오르고 다시 일천척을 척량하고 나로 물을 건너게 하시니 물이 허리에 오르고

풀이: 그가 다시 천 척을 재고 나를 건너게 하니 물이 무릎까지 올라왔다. 또다시 천 척을 재고 건너게 하니 물이 허리까지 찼다.

Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins.

다시 일천척을 척량하시니 물이 내가 건너지 못할 강이 된지라 그 물이 창일하여 헤엄할 물이요 사람이 능히 건너지 못할 강이더라

풀이: 그가 또 천 척을 재니, 이제는 내가 건널 수 없는 강이 되어 있었다. 물이 불어 헤엄쳐야 할 만큼 깊었고, 도무지 걸어서는 건널 수 없는 강이었다.

Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.

그가 내게 이르시되 인자야 네가 이것을 보았느냐 하시고 나를 인도하여 강 가로 돌아가게 하시기로

풀이: 그가 내게 말했다. "사람아, 이것을 보았느냐?" 그러고는 나를 이끌어 강가로 되돌아가게 했다.

And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.

내가 돌아간즉 강 좌우편에 나무가 심히 많더라

풀이: 내가 돌아와 보니, 강 양쪽 기슭에 나무가 빽빽이 들어차 있었다.

Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

그가 내게 이르시되 이 물이 동방으로 향하여 흘러 아라바로 내려가서 바다에 이르리니 이 흘러 내리는 물로 그 바다의 물이 소성함을 얻을찌라

풀이: 그가 내게 말했다. "이 물은 동쪽 지방으로 흘러나가, 아라바 광야로 내려가 그 바다로 흘러든다. 이 물이 바다로 흘러들면, 그 바다의 물이 되살아날 것이다.

Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.

이 강물이 이르는 곳마다 번성하는 모든 생물이 살고 또 고기가 심히 많으리니 이 물이 흘러 들어 가므로 바닷물이 소성함을 얻겠고 이 강이 이르는 각처에 모든 것이 살 것이며

풀이: 이 강이 닿는 곳마다 온갖 살아 움직이는 것들이 살아날 것이고, 물고기도 떼를 지어 들끓을 것이다. 이 물이 흘러들어 바닷물이 되살아나기 때문이다. 이 강이 닿는 곳이면 어디든 모든 것이 살아날 것이다.

And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.

또 이 강 가에 어부가 설 것이니 엔게디에서부터 에네글라임까지 그물 치는 곳이 될 것이라 그 고기가 각기 종류를 따라 큰 바다의 고기 같이 심히 많으려니와

풀이: 그 강가에는 어부들이 늘어설 것이다. 엔게디에서 에네글라임까지가 온통 그물을 펼치는 자리가 될 것이다. 그곳의 물고기는 종류마다 가득해, 저 큰 바다의 물고기처럼 헤아릴 수 없이 많을 것이다.

And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from En–gedi even unto En–eglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.

그 진펄과 개펄은 소성되지 못하고 소금 땅이 될 것이며

풀이: 다만 그 늪지와 진펄은 되살아나지 못하고, 소금밭으로 남을 것이다.

But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.

강 좌우 가에는 각종 먹을 실과나무가 자라서 그 잎이 시들지 아니하며 실과가 끊치지 아니하고 달마다 새 실과를 맺으리니 그 물이 성소로 말미암아 나옴이라 그 실과는 먹을 만하고 그 잎사귀는 약 재료가 되리라

풀이: 강 양쪽 기슭에는 온갖 먹을 과실나무가 자랄 것이다. 그 잎은 시들지 않고 열매는 끊이지 않으며, 달마다 새 열매를 맺을 것이다. 그 물이 성소에서 흘러나오기 때문이다. 그 열매는 먹을 것이 되고, 그 잎사귀는 약이 될 것이다."

And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

나 주 여호와가 말하노라 너희는 이 지계대로 이스라엘 십 이 지파에게 이 땅을 나누어 기업이 되게 하되 요셉에게는 두 분깃이니라

풀이: 주이신 신께서 이렇게 말한다. "너희는 이 경계를 따라 이스라엘 열두 지파에게 이 땅을 나누어 기업으로 삼게 하여라. 요셉에게는 두 몫을 주어라.

Thus saith the Lord God; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.

내가 옛적에 맹세하여 이 땅으로 너희 열조에게 주마 하였었나니 너희는 피차 없이 나누어 기업을 삼으라 이 땅이 너희의 기업이 되리라

풀이: 내가 옛날 너희 조상들에게 손을 들어 맹세하며 이 땅을 주겠다고 했으니, 너희는 누구 하나 치우침 없이 똑같이 나누어라. 이 땅이 너희의 기업이 될 것이다.

And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.

이 땅 지계는 이러하니라 북방은 대해에서 헤들론 길로 말미암아 스닷 어귀까지니

풀이: 이 땅의 경계는 이러하다. 북쪽은 큰 바다에서 헤들론 길을 따라 스닷 어귀에 이르고,

And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad;

곧 하맛과 브로다며 다메섹 지계와 하맛 지계 사이에 있는 시브라임과 하우란 지계 곁에 있는 하셀핫디곤이라

풀이: 하맛과 브로다, 그리고 다메섹 경계와 하맛 경계 사이에 있는 시브라임, 하우란 경계 곁에 있는 하셀핫디곤에 이른다.

Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazar–hatticon, which is by the coast of Hauran.

그 지계가 바닷가에서부터 다메섹 지계에 있는 하살에논까지요 그 지계가 또 극북방에 있는 하맛 지계에 미쳤나니 이는 그 북방이요

풀이: 그 경계는 바닷가에서부터 다메섹 경계의 하살에논까지요, 또 북쪽 끝 하맛 경계에까지 미친다. 이것이 북쪽 경계다.

And the border from the sea shall be Hazar–enan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath. And this is the north side.

동방은 하우란과 다메섹과 및 길르앗과 이스라엘 땅 사이에 있는 요단강이니 북편 지계에서부터 동해까지 척량하라 이는 그 동방이요

풀이: 동쪽은 하우란과 다메섹과 길르앗과 이스라엘 땅 사이를 흐르는 요단강이다. 북쪽 경계에서부터 동쪽 바다까지 재어라. 이것이 동쪽 경계다.

And the east side ye shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east side.

남방은 다말에서부터 므리봇 가데스 물에 이르고 애굽 시내를 따라 대해에 이르나니 이는 그 남방이요

풀이: 남쪽은 다말에서 시작해 므리바 가데스 물에 이르고, 애굽 시내를 따라 큰 바다에 이른다. 이것이 남쪽 경계다.

And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward.

서방은 대해라 남편 지계에서부터 맞은편 하맛 어귀까지 이르나니 이는 그 서방이니라

풀이: 서쪽은 큰 바다다. 남쪽 경계에서부터 하맛 어귀 맞은편까지 이른다. 이것이 서쪽 경계다.

The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.

그런즉 너희가 이스라엘 모든 지파대로 이 땅을 나누어 차지하라

풀이: 그러니 너희는 이스라엘 지파대로 이 땅을 나누어 차지하여라.

So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.

너희는 이 땅을 나누되 제비 뽑아 너희와 너희 가운데 우거하는 외인 곧 너희 가운데서 자녀를 낳은 자의 기업이 되게 할찌니 너희는 그 외인을 본토에서 난 이스라엘 족속 같이 여기고 그들로 이스라엘 지파 중에서 너희와 함께 기업을 얻게 하되

풀이: 너희는 제비를 뽑아 이 땅을 나누되, 너희 자신뿐 아니라 너희 가운데 머물러 살며 자녀를 낳고 사는 나그네에게도 기업이 되게 하여라. 너희는 그들을 본토에서 태어난 이스라엘 사람처럼 여기고, 이스라엘 지파 가운데서 너희와 함께 기업을 받게 하여라.

And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.

외인이 우거하는 그 지파에서 그 기업을 줄찌니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라

풀이: 나그네가 머물러 사는 그 지파 안에서, 너희는 그에게 기업을 내주어라. 주이신 신의 말이다."

And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord God.
